Have a listen, and stay tuned, the plan is to have subsequent podcasts every Friday for your long workouts. This podcast (as well as the ones to come) will be available for subscription in iTunes as well as on Podcast Alley (thanks for the reminder, William!), probably before the end of the weekend, so check back and sign up!

TTW MousepadWe want to spread the news as well, so just like when we moved to a new domain we're asking that you help us get the word out! Please refer your cyber friends to have a listen and leave a comment below letting us know that you sent them! The person with the most referrals will get this awesome TTW "Race Day" mousepad for free! Look down every morning and read the TTW Race Day Quote: "Race Day: To give up the day-to-day luxuries of the masses for the luxury of a day the masses will never have." Thanks for spreading the word! Next Friday we'll announce the winner.

It's downloaded and will be cued into the ZEN before my long run tonight. Looking forward to the listen.

Hopefully you have a regular RSS/enclosure feed (feedburner?) so us non-Apple/ I tunes people can subscribe.

Make sure you list it, when you have a permenant feed, to Podcast Alley That will give you lots of traffic.

Hello, my name is Bolder, I've never been to your site before, but I saw on Stronger's blog that you were doing a podcast, so I thought I'd drop by. Hopefully, this helps Carrie's numbers.

Anyone else that reads this, of course, remember 'Carrie sent you'...

Ooo! Another contest! :) Beansprout gave me the heads up and sent me over here.

I still don't know what you do with a podcast except listen to it online.

Shelly said "I like the pain." :D

Still listening to it while I work here this morning. Love it, Wil!

Very Kewl. I like the podcast!
Thanks for taking the time to do this. Here is a Question for the Coaches segment. I understand the importance and benefit of tapering for the Big event. What seems to be less published is how to train AFTER the event, especially if you have another event in a given period of time.

Example: Disney Marathon Jan 8, Mercedes Marathon Feb 12, What should the training look like in between?

Thanks,
Curtai

Sounds great so far!

Thanks for all of the awesome support guys!!

TBC: OK, to download from here, all you have to do is click the cover art, and it should begin playing in a new window. (and this is to Jon, too) To download it, just save it in your media player as it's playing. To subscribe to the RSS feed, just click on the feed button in the sidebar here ;)

Lisa: it's been submitted and accepted by the directories, iTunes takes about 24 hours to process things, so hopefully it will be available early Sunday morning (though I don't know if the weekends count toward the 24 hours, I would think so). It's called "Get Your Geek On! with the Tri-Geek Kahuna and Iron Wil"
